熊をテーマに九谷焼作品を制作している上出惠悟と、長い時を越えた熊と人間との関係を紐解きながら、上出が今回の為に制作した器と、嗜季の料理長今井友和によるくずし割烹というスタイルで熊を食す特別な一夜。
Keigo Kamide creates bear-themed Kutani porcelain products; porcelain exhibiting the relation of man and bear. Simple but fine traditional cuisine by master chef Tomokazu Imai from the popular restaurant Shiki.
