Turning the common wisdom that wine must be served in wine glasses on its head, here, wine will instead be served in ceramic cups and enjoyed together with western cuisine. Both the wine and craftwork were born from the soil. Now, paired with cuisine from Kanazawa, they embark upon a search for new possibilities.
