100年以上前に洋食文化が広まり、高級とされていた西洋料理からポピュラーな洋食まで現代も幅広く愛されている。器も料理も同様に伝承され今に至る。そんな伝統を背負う若き30代の職人2人が作り出す西洋風食膳。
Western cuisine, ranging from fine dining to comfort food, was popularized 100 years ago and continues to be loved and appreciated by many people to this day. Tableware is also a fine tradition which has been carried on to present day. This artist and chef (both in their mid-thirties) have combined their respective crafts to bring us this special moment in time.
