食した人の心が目覚める和今の料理を九谷焼作家３人の器に、お客様も参加し盛り付けを行う。食事後にはコースで提供された器からお土産用の器をお選び頂く。その時々で選び取ることが器や食の文化の未来を創造する。
The cuisine of Wakon will awaken your heart. Guests serve themselves on Kutani dining ware, and may select a dish or vessel from their course to take home as a souvenir. When selecting a dish in that moment, one can envision the future of the culture of dining ware and cuisine.
