前田家によって育まれた加賀料理。江戸時代から続く老舗料亭「つば甚」が、守破離の精神で受け継がれてきた武家の食文化を新たな解釈で表現する。闇に浮かぶ大名庭園を借景に味わう珠玉の晩餐。
