石浦 隆史 TAKAFUMI ISHIURA

スペイン料理アロス
1977年、富山県生まれ。8歳より料理人を志し、16歳で本格的に料理業界のドアを叩く。料亭やレストランを渡り歩き、スペイン・バスク「アラメダ」で修行。帰国後、金沢で「スペイン料理 アロス」を開業。今年で10年を迎える。

Born in Toyama in 1977. Dreamt of becoming a cook since the age of 8 and started working in the food industry at the age of 16. Experienced working at restaurants and trained at the restaurant Alameda in the Spanish Basque region. Opened the Spanish restaurant “Aros" in Kanazawa in 2006.
