竹工芸作家
1990年金沢大学教育学部卒業後、竹芸作家の橋本仙雪氏に師事。竹はしなやかで加工しやすく、日本人の知恵や繊細な心を素直に表現できる素材です。金沢の文化に触れ茶の湯を学びながら竹の仕事ができる喜びを感じています。

Bamboo artist. Graduated from Kanazawa University Faculty of Education in 1990. Studied from Sensetsu Hashimoto, bamboo artist. Bamboo is flexible and processing easily, therefore, you can express wisdom and fine mind of Japanese. I feel pleasure to work for bamboo while touching the culture of Kanazawa and learning tea ceremony.
