金沢で唯一、諸江屋がその姿を伝える「菓子懐石」は、町の数寄者たちが京の宗匠に教わり嗜んでいた茶事の一つ。当日は様々な菓子を懐石風に仕立て、立礼にて菓子、器、茶を愛でながらお楽しみいただきます。

A unique tea gathering, Kashi Kaiseki, conveyed by a long-established Japanese confectionery ‘Moroeya’, brought to the connoisseurs of Kanazawa by masters from Kyoto. On the day, various sweets are served in a tea lunch. Enjoy the sweets, tea bowls, and tea of this "ryurei" tea ceremony (one performed with tables and chairs instead of tatami flooring).
